About us NSK Group
Founded in 1897, the NSK Group traces its origins to India’s Independence and the Swadeshi movement. Our founder, Navnath K—once a lawyer and later a serial entrepreneur—faced several early setbacks before striking gold with a successful locks business.
Today, more than 1.1 billion consumers around the world trust our products and services. Our businesses span consumer goods, real estate, appliances, agriculture, and more. We’ve even reached beyond Earth, with our engines powering many of India’s space missions. With annual revenue exceeding USD 6 billion, we continue to grow rapidly and aim even higher.
Financial success is only part of our story. Around 23 percent of the promoter holding in NSK Group is held in trusts dedicated to environmental protection, healthcare, and education. Through our Good & Green “shared value” strategy, we combine passion and purpose to help build a more inclusive and sustainable India.

NSK Properties
In 2010, NSK Properties became a publicly listed company through a successful IPO that raised USD 100 million. Today, it is listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange, with a market capitalization of ₹28,651 crore as of March 31, 2023. We are among the few national developers with a significant presence across all major Indian real estate markets.
As of March 31, 2023, NSK Properties had 92 active and upcoming projects, offering a combined saleable area of roughly 200 million square feet. While we continue to focus on our four core regions—Mumbai Metropolitan Region, National Capital Region, Pune, and Bengaluru—we’re steadily expanding into new geographies.
